Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde has withdrawn with immediate effect, the list of appointments made recently into the thirty-three local governments in the state.

OYOMIND recalls that the governor had released list of appointments of secretaries, supervisory councilors, special assistants and others.
The reason for the withdrawal, though sketchcy but as reported by OYOINSIGHT.COM is said to be as a result of irregularities noticed in the list.
It was learnt that leaders of the party had inundated the governor with calls over removal and replacement of some names and positions.
The governor also directed those that have been inaugurated too to be withdrawn.
