The Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Makinde has unveiled plans for the implementation of infrastructural revolution in the state.
This is contained in a document titled ‘GSM Infrastructure Revolution Begins where the governor stated that the plans are focused on “restoring the glory of the state as the political capital of South-West”.
Governor Makinde said his administration has commenced construction of two ultra-modern bus terminals in Iwo-Road, one in the challenge and another bus terminal in Ojoo area of the state.
He further explained that the policy document will guide his administration towards ensuring that Oyo becomes a choice destination for investments and a true center of commerce.
Makinde called for the support of residents for the next phase with plans to execute iconic projects”never seen before in the history of our state under his infrastructure revolution initiative”.
