The Oyo state chapter of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, yesterday, December 4 2020, awarded Hon. Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, member of the House of Representatives, representing Oluyole Federal Constituency in Oyo state, as the “NUJ Performing Representative of the Year.”
The award was said to be in tandem with the goal of bringing development through WWREEEP (Worth laws, Water, Road, Education, Empowerment, Employment and Power) to raise the bar for quality representation in Governance.
In her statement, the lawmaker hopes that the award will inspire people to be the best version of themselves and ensure dedication to excellence in all that they do.
Her statements read thus: “The award is a result of my dedication, the numerous empowerment programmes I sponsored, my contributions and vibrancy at the House of Representatives and the conscious effort to perform best as a member of the House of Representatives.
