The Oyo State Chapter of Community to Community for Bola Ahmed Tinubu (C2C BAT 2027), a grassroots-driven movement established to strengthen the connection between citizens and leadership through community-level engagement in support of the Renewed Hope agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has inaugurated its state executive council.
The inaugural ceremony, held in Oyo town, had in attendance individuals from across the five geopolitical zones of Oyo State who constitute the state executive council of the movement.

Community to Community for Bola Ahmed Tinubu (C2C BAT 2027) was founded by the Honourable Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, to support the re-election bid of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, in the forthcoming 2027 presidential election.
Speaking at the event, the State Coordinator, Alhaja (Princess) Onile-Gbadegesin Khadijat, expressed confidence in the leadership and vision of the convener, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, describing him as a committed leader with the capacity to drive the movement’s grassroots mobilisation agenda.
She said the inauguration marked the beginning of a new phase of grassroots engagement across Oyo State, assuring that the newly inaugurated executives were ready to work tirelessly to take the message and achievements of the Renewed Hope administration to the people.
“We have absolute confidence in the leadership of our convener, the Honourable Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa. His vision and commitment to this movement have inspired us, and we are determined to work diligently to achieve the objectives of C2C BAT 2027.
“With the inauguration of our state executive council, we are ready to mobilise across communities, engage our people and work collectively to deliver a resounding victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.”
The State Coordinator also called on supporters of the movement across the state to remain united, committed and focused on the collective goal of mobilising grassroots support for President Tinubu’s re-election.
The newly inaugurated Oyo State executive members are:
1. State Coordinator: Mrs Onile-Gbadegesin Khadijat
2. Deputy State Coordinator: Hon. Wasiu Olatunbosun
3. Secretary: Hon. Fatai Salahu
4. Treasurer: Hon. Adekunle Mutahir Adegboye
5. Financial Secretary: Yekeen Jeleel
6. Publicity Secretary: Hon. Adigun Hammed Abiodun
7. Director of Women’s Affairs: Mrs Adetela Modinat Adekemi
8. Director of Digital Engagement: Mr Lawal Akinkunmi Monsuru
9. Director of Youth Mobilisation: Hassan Popoola
The executives pledged to work collectively to strengthen the movement’s presence at the grassroots, deepen engagement with communities across the state and mobilise widespread support for President Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
