Following the recent signing of the South East Development Commission (SEDC) Bill into law, Barrister Uduji Kingsley Godwin Former Deputy state chairman of the APC Enugu state. has expressed his strong support and commendation for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in a crucial move to enhance the development and economic growth of the South Eastern area of Nigeria.
The bill, which was co-sponsored by other House members from the South East region and sponsored by the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu, sought to establish a commission tasked with managing funds allocated from the federation account for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of houses, roads, and other infrastructure damaged by the effects of the civil war in the region.
He further stressed that, the commission will address any other environmental or developmental issues that arise in the Southeast States, which include Abia, Imo, Enugu, Anambra, and Ebonyi.

And the state Coordinator for Tinubu for Good Governance movement Enugu state. stressed the significance of the SEDC in tackling the region’s particular problems, such as poor infrastructure, high unemployment, and unstable economies. He said that the creation of this panel will encourage investment and sustainable development in the area.
He urged and pleaded to Nigerians we should Remain calm and give president Bola Ahmed Tinubu more time because his policies are gradually impacting on the economic situations of Nigerians,
and that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
