Following the death of the former Governor of Oyo state, Otunba Christopher Also Akala, Oyo State Commissioner for Youths and Sports, Honourable Seun Fakorede has joined multitude to commiserate with the people of Oyo state over the loss of its sage.
Fakorede, in his eulogy to the former Governor expressed how shocked he is upon the notification of the demise of the great icon.
“I join the good people of Oyo state to mourn the passing of a father and former Governor of Oyo state. Baba as I fondly called His Excellency will be remembered for his astute contributions to the growth of Oyo state and for his warm demeanor that endeared so many towards him”, he said.
He further commisrated with the deceased son, Olamijuwonlo Akala Akala, “no words can describe how sorry I am for this great loss, my deepest condolences to you and the entire family, may our good Lord grant us all the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss”
