Nigerian Communication Commission Chairman, Prof. Adeolu Akande on Thursday revalidated his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The revalidation and registration exercise was done at his ward, Ward 8, Otu in Itesiwaju Local Government, Oke Ogun Area of Oyo State.
Speaking after the exercise, Akande urged party faithfuls that the exercise was designed to strengthen the party in the state towards getting the state back in 2023
He reiterated that the registration of new members and revalidation of old ones is to have a strong database and strategically work in boosting the status of the party in Oyo State and by extension Nigeria.
The wife of the NCC Boss, Mrs Modupe Akande also register as a member of the APC in the same ward.
The APC is conducting a nationwide membership registration exercise between February 9 and 25.
