The EXPY Foundation, an Organization dedicated to empowering of Nigerian Youth and promoting the creativity and entrepreneurship has Congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engineer Seyi Abiodun Makinde over his second term Inauguration ceremony held on Monday, May 29.
