In the result collated so far,
the People Democratic Party has been in early lead in 28 State Assembly seats out of the 33 contested seats in Oyo State.
OYOMIND.COM.NG had earlier published that the PDP gubernatorial candidate and the incumbent governor, Engr Seyi Makinde was also on an early lead ahead of his counterparts, Teslim Folarin of APC and Adebayo Adelabu of Accord Party.
With more than two hundred thousand votes cast, PDP is projected to be the majority Party in the State House of Assembly.
