The Agbaoye of Ibadan land, Chief Orikolade Karim has congratulated the entire christian faithfuls, people of Oyo state across the 33Lg and Nigerians on the occassion of christmax 2021 and 2022 new year celebrations.
The foremost chief described the season as a time to show love and be charitable as preached by Jesus that we should give food to the hungry, shelter to those who have none, and clothes to the poor.
He further charges Nigerians to be conscious of their health and safety as there is a new wave and variant of Covid 19, “We should endeavour to celebrate magnanimously and obey the directives of government for gatherings at 50percent capacity, drive safe and keep social distancing.
He concluded by greeting the the Oyo State CAN Chairman, Apostle Joshua Akinyemiju and his congregation, the traditional rulers of Oyo state, the entire people of the state and prays that we have a fulfuling christmax and prosperous new year.
