UI Elevates Ibadan Born Olumide Olajide To Professor

Ibadan Born Olumide Ephraim Olajide from Lagelu Local Government has been elevated to being a Professor by the Governing Council of the University of Ibadan.

The Governing council of the institution earlier approved his professorship alongside other colleagues who are due for the elevation.

Olumide, a senior lecturer in the department of Adult Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ibadan attained all his degrees in the institution.

The new professor, who has been working as a University lecturer
for over twenty years has a unique opportunity and exceptional privilege of being well grounded in global practices in community development, Labour matters / Negotiation skills and in the theories and practice of Community Mobilisation and Development, Human Resource Development, Income Generation and Non-Formal Education.

His professional experiences and position includes : Sub-Dean Undergraduate, Faculty of Education, Community Facilitator,
Lecturing/Research and Community Services and also
Deputy Coordinator, Distance Learning Programme at the Department of Adult Education all under University of Ibadan.
