Military Service Chiefs of Nigeria have arrived Ibadan, the Oyo State capital ahead of a meeting with the Govetnor of the state, Engr. Seyi Makinde.
The military chiefs, who were led by the Chief of Defence Staff, Gen. Leo Irhabor, arrived the 2 Division of the Nigerian Army where Gen. Irhabor addressed officers and men of the division.
They are to meet Governor Seyi Makinde and supervise change of leadership at the division.
