The legislative house of Sooro Local Council Development Area (LCDA) of Atiba Local Government Area has suspended its Political Head, Oguntona Seun Olunloyo on Wednesday, 21st September, 2022.
In a letter signed by the House Leader, Hon. Fadiran Sunday said that the House passed a resolution to suspend Oguntona from office indefinitely following certain misconduct.
According to him, the Political head was accused of anti-party activities and negligence of duties among other allegations.
Other allegations include; lack of accountability, callousness and total disregard for all democratic principle and yearnings of the people of Sooro LCDA, and high level of incompetence.
Oguntona was urged to handover all government properties in his possession to the Acting Head of Local Government Administration with immediate effect.
