A non-governmental organization, Folorunso Iserere Foundation (FIF), is set to begin empowerment for members of some selected local government areas of Ibadan, Oyo State.

In a chat with newsmen in Ibadan, Dr. Folorunso, popularly known as M.A.F.O, stressed the importnace of developing the foundation’s immediate community members to ensure that citizens attain their full potentials.
The foundation’s focuses its priority on education, health and wealth creation:
“On Education; the organization will be conducting activities to enhance the quality of primary, secondary and tertiary education. This will be augmented by provision of bursaries and scholarships for indigent and academically promising students.”
“On Health; the organization will support basic, preventive, diagnostic and curative healthcare services. There will be a conscious focus on neonatal, infants, adolescent and geriatrics healthcare provision.”
“On Wealth Creation and Empowerment; the organization will empower small and medium scale businesses through the provision of grants and financial empowerment in a bid to contribute to the innovative ideas that bore such ventures.”
Other areas of focus are; Agriculture, Sports and Civic engagements.
