Copacapana Hosts Muslim Customers to Iftar

On Wednesday, 3rd of April, 2024, Copacapana Hosts Muslim Customers to Ifar, at Copacapana Restaurant, Bodija Ibadan.

The Chairman of Copacapana group, Chief Ahmed Ajibola was represented by one of the top executives, Mr. Alafiatayo urged Muslim faithfuls to use this period to pray for the unity and peaceful co-existence of the country, and shun divisive tendencies capable of drawing back the country’s wheel of progress.

Speaking at the Special Iftar session, Mr Alafiatayosaid, “Of particular note, Laylatul Qadr, the Night of Decree is known as Night of Power, which is one of the most sacred nights in the Islamic calendar which occurs in the last ten days of Ramadan. It is also believed to be the night in which Allah shows great mercy to His creation and the night in which one’s fate is decreed.”

“The Great Prophet (peace be upon him) said, ‘Whoever prays on Laylatul Qadr out of faith and sincerity, shall have all their past sins forgiven,’ (Hadith, Bukhari, and Muslim).

Mr Alafiatayo also noted that Ramadan fasting symbolizes spiritual rejuvenation. He urged our Muslim brothers and sisters to continue to adhere to the teachings of Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W) which instructs us all to be our brother’s keepers and ensure service to humanity.

The customers who attended the iftar program appreciated Chief Ahmed for having this kind of program for customers which preaches fairness of God among the customers, the customers then urged the public to see Chief Ahmed Ajibola as a role model who has a social life and a personal life with God.
