The African Action Congress (AAC) urges the people of Oyo State to reject the dwindling fortunes of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and join the only modern, ideological, and people-driven party in the state. As Governor Makinde’s tenure comes to an end in 2027, it’s evident that his administration has failed to deliver meaningful progress, resorting to cosmetic projects and media propaganda.
The Makinde government’s lack of impact is evident in sectors like healthcare and agriculture, where superficial projects have failed to improve the lives of Oyo State residents. The deforestation of Agodi, grabbing of lands ,deplorable road conditions, and poor healthcare infrastructure are testaments to the PDP’s mismanagement.
We call on the people of Oyo State to join the AAC, the only alternative political party that prioritizes their needs and interests. As thousands defect from the PDP, we urge everyone to remain focused on taking back our state from a party that only serves the interests of a select few.
It’s time to abandon the sinking ship of PDP and embrace the people-centric governance of the AAC. Let us work together to reclaim Oyo State and build a brighter future for all.
