The Oyo State chapter of the City Boy Movement (CBM), a political support movement initiated by Seyi Tinubu, is set to be inaugurated next week, following the registration of 236,487 verified members across the state.
The movement announced the membership figure on Thursday, October 15, 2026, under the slogan “Join the Winning Team,” as it continues to encourage more residents to register and participate in its activities.
The inauguration is expected to formally commence the activities of the Oyo State chapter and strengthen the movement’s structure across the state.
The City Boy Movement is affiliated with the All Progressives Congress (APC) and has been mobilising young people and other supporters through its state chapters.
The Oyo chapter’s reported membership figure comes as political activities continue to gather momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections.
