Fakorede Congratulates Newly Sworn-in Commissioner for Youth and Sports, Applauds Makinde for Promoting Youthful Leadership

The immediate past Commissioner for Youth and Sports in Oyo State, Dr Seun Fakorede, has extended his warm congratulations to his successor, the newly appointed Commissioner for Youth and Sports in the State, Miss Wasilat Adegoke. This commendation is a testament to the commitment of the Oyo State Government, led by Governor Engr. Seyi Makinde, in promoting youthful leadership within the State’s administration.

Dr Seun Fakorede, who previously held the position and made history as the youngest Commissioner in the country during the first term of Governor Seyi Makinde, expressed his best wishes for Wasilat as she takes the reins of the Youth and Sports portfolio.

Fakorede’s congratulatory message not only applauds the new commissioner’s appointment but also highlights the continuity of the Oyo State Government’s policy of entrusting young leaders with the critical responsibility of overseeing Youth and Sports affairs in the state.
