We must acknowledge the importance of democracy and the right of citizens to exercise their constitutional rights. Following his address on the 31st of July, kudos to the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his commitment to serving the nation and protecting the interests of the masses.

Regarding the ongoing NLC strike in Oyo State, we recognize the importance of swift action and engagement with the protesters. As a state government closer to the people, Governor Seyi Makinde must prioritize open dialogue and communication to address the concerns of the protesters effectively.

In a democracy, it is essential to respect the rights of individuals to express their grievances. While we advocate for peaceful protests, we also call for a calm approach to handling the situation to avoid further tension and anxiety among the populace.

I commend the efforts of the Oyo state government in implementing essential policies to alleviate the economic crisis faced by the masses. It is crucial to address the current challenges with empathy and understanding, placing the needs and well-being of the people at the forefront.

I urge all parties involved to engage in constructive dialogue and seek amicable resolutions to the current situation. Let us come together as a community to build a stronger and more prosperous Oyo State, where the voices of the people are heard and valued.

May peace and prosperity prevail in Oyo State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

God bless Nigeria!
