Indeed, the lifelong goal of every human is to touch the lives of others in a way such that when they leave this world, they leave never to be forgotten. This is the summary of the life led by Rtn. Adebayo Alao Akala, a Rotarian per excellence, a proponent of an egalitarian society and an astute administrator.
On behalf of the members of Rotary Club of Ibadan-Challenge, I extend my condolences to the Rotary Club of Ogbomosho on the demise of an invaluable member and amiable past president. The exploits and good deeds of Alao Akala will continue to remain in hearts of all Rotary members and his family.
I pray that the good Lord be with his friends and family. Indeed, we have lost a rare gem but we take comfort knowing that he rests in the bosom of the Almighty.
