A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress, (APC) in Oyo State, Engineer Joseph Olasunkanmi Tegbe has felicitated with the former Head of Service in Oyo State, Mrs. Hannah Olawumi Ogunesan on the occasion of her birthday.
In a felicitation message made available to OYOMIND.COM.NG, Tegbe described Ogunesan as an amazing woman with a heart of gold.
According to him, Ogunesan is an elegant woman with a humble personality in which colleagues and subordinates have testified to.

Ogunesan was the immediate past Head of Service during the administration of Late Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
