Reps Member, Akinremi Jagaban Organizes Free Medical Outreach for 5000 Constituents

The Member, House of Representatives, Honourable Musiliu Akinremi Jagaban of Ibadan North Federal Constituency has organized free medical outreach for over 5000 residents as beneficiaries.

The medical outreach, which is in line with his campaign promises to prioritize the health of his constituents held at his constituency office located at Yemetu-Barrack, Ibadan.

The federal lawmaker who spoke through the coordinator of the program said “The health of our constituents is so paramount to us that we have to bring forward this free medical outreach for people who need to be treated for any sight ailment.”

According to him, “Health experts from Goshen Foundation and Nationwide Foundation are in charge for two days to counsel our people, test, administer drugs and present eye glasses for those that are due for it. Provision is made for at least 5000 residents of this constituency”

Beneficiaries in their show of appreciation commended Honourable Akinremi for the priority given to their health as constituents.

Adelaja Joy, a secondary school student said “My teachers have complained many times about my eyes and I can feel that too but due to financial constraints, I can not visit the clinic. I appreciate our honourable for this wonderful opportunity because I got drugs and glasses from the health personnel.

Residents from neighbouring local governments were present to receive treatment and all of them were attended to.
