Oyo state governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde, has inaugurated of Former Oyo Central Senator, Alhaja Monsurat Sunmonu and others to audit the local government chairmen in Oyo state.
In a statement released by the Governor via his social media handles, Senator Sunmonu was appointed as the Chairman of the committee and four weeks ultimatum was given to perfect the auditing.
The statement reads:
“This evening, we inaugurated a 5-person committee to audit the Local Government Caretaker Chairmen in Oyo State.
“The committee will be led by Senator Monsurat Sunmonu, and will have four weeks to conduct the audit and hand in their report.”
