An Aide of Honourable Shina Ayo Peller, Member House of Representatives, representing Iseyin, Kajola, Iwajowa and Federal Consttuency Hon. Ismail Shuaib Lawoya has tendered his resignation.
While speaking with OYOMIND, Lawoya as the aide his popularly called stated that his intention to contest for Kajola state constituency in 2023 as the reason for his resignation
“My ambition to contest needs me to pay more attention and focus on the local government, hence the need for my resignation.”
Speaking about his experience and why he is the best fit for the seat at Oyo state House of Assembly, he explained that, “I was opportuned to serve from local Union to the Apex students Union in Nigeria and also served as Personal Assistant to various political leaders.”
The native of Okeho area of Kajola, he explained various disunity and age long lack of cohesiveness that existed between various towns in Kajola town, he promised to create a “cohesive and vibrant Community that unites both the young and the old. In turn he sought the support of everyone towards the actualization of this dreams.”
