The Director-General Oyo State and Lottery Board, Hon Olajide Boladuro has expressed his profound gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde on his re-appointment.
Recall that the Governor on Wednesday reappointed Boladuro and others as aides to work with him in Omituntun 2.0.
According to the Gaming and Lottery Board DG, Boladuro said as Oyo State forges ahead on its path to economic prosperity, through the Sustainable Development Agenda of the Governor, he noted that residents and gaming businesses can rest assured that their interests are at the forefront of his priorities.
“I am thankful to His Excellency, Engr. Seyi Makinde for reappointing me as the Director-General of the Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board in line with his vision of propelling the state towards greater economic prosperity.
“With this renewal of trust, I humbly express my profound gratitude to His Excellency for the confidence reposed in my abilities to steer the Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board towards new horizons.
“I am truly honoured and humbled by the Governor’s decision to reappoint me as the Director-General of the Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board. I am fully aware of the responsibilities that come with this esteemed position, and I assure His Excellency and the entire state that I am resolute in my determination to meet and exceed the expectations set before me.
“I will now continue to work relentlessly to fulfill His Excellency’s mandate of driving economic development in Oyo State through the gaming and lotteries sector. This reappointment serves as a renewed opportunity to build upon the foundation laid during my previous tenure, and to further enhance the industry’s integrity, innovation, and contribution to the state’s revenue generation.
