The Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has elected new executive members to steer the affairs of the party ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
The congress, held today at the Liberty Stadium, Ibadan, was attended by outgoing executives, party leaders, and key stakeholders, who unanimously adopted a consensus arrangement for the emergence of the new officers.
Former deputy to the late Abiola Ajimobi, Chief Moses Alake, was announced as the new State Chairman of the party. Others elected include Dr. Taofeek Lamidi as Deputy Chairman, Barr. Fatai Adesina as Secretary, and Hon. Glory Olalekan as Youth Leader.
