The chief executive officer of Manchy Automobile Services, Mr. Kayode Ayobami Ogunlowo, has congratulated Mr. Zacch Adelabu Adedeji, chairman of the National Sugar Development Council, NSDC, as he clocks 44.

“This is someone who, before becoming commissioner in 2011, had carved a niche for himself when he worked as head of finance fora multi-nationals— P & G (West Africa). At the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, and later at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, he had won accolades for himself, one of which was becoming a chartered accountant as an undergraduate.

As commissioner, he also distinguished himself as the state’s internally generated revenue rose, in folds. Though he spent just a term a commissioner, his impact was felt near and wide. And that is why I have never been surprised about his rise and rise. Before 2015 and now, he has served as special adviser to finance on sub-National government; chairman of the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital and now as chairman of the National Sugar Development Council. Within the short period he has used, the agency has continued to enjoy his impact and in few months to come, Nigerians will be grateful to President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing this young man from Ogo-Oluwa local government of Oyo State in such sensitive position.

“As he reaches 44, I want to congratulate him and also encourage him to continue to do like he has been doing. God will continue to be with him and all that belongs to him. Congratulations, my darling brother.”
