Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi Makinde has revealed that his leader and Former Vice President of Nigeria candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2023 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar, has not called or texted him since the explosion that rocked Ibadan occurred.
Makinde expressed his disappointments today while playing host to the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the last general election, Peter Obi, in his Agodi Secretariat Office, Ibadan.
Thanking Peter Obi, candidate of the Labour Party, LP, who came to commiserate with the state Monday morning, Makinde said President Bola Tinubu has also called.
Makinde said, of the three major presidential candidates in the 2023 election, President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Peter Obi of Labor Party (LP) have both reached out to commiserate with him and the people of Oyo state except Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of the PDP.
