At the 8days fidau prayer of the Late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji Aje Ogungunniso 1, ongoing at Mapo Hall, Ibadan, the Oyo State Governor, Enginner Seyi Makinde cannot be sighted.
