The Shooting Stars football club of Ibadan has launched its new website.
The website, which was built through the efforts of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, under the supervision of Oyo State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Asiwaju Seun Fakorede, is loaded with fascinating features.
The website showcases the history of the Oluyole Warriors; the first continental trophy winner for Nigeria, the players’ profile as well as news and fixtures of the club.
According to the commissioner, Asiwaju Seun Fakorede, the website was part of the effort of the current administration in the state, under the amiable leadership of Engr. Seyi Makinde, to return 3SC to its rightful place both in Nigeria and in Africa.
“In response to the yearnings of the teeming fans of the club spread across the universe, who believe that it does not speak well of an established team like 3SC not to have a functional website, we decided to build a state of the art website, befitting the status of the club”, the Commissioner stated.
