FESSA Ibadan Polytechnic Chapter Organises SUMMIT, Honours Taoreed Lawal For Philantoripism

A philanthropist and the CEO of TAO GROUP, Taoreed Lawal was honoured at the recent FESSA DAY SUMMIT by the Students Association of the Faculty of Environmental Studies at the Ibadan Polytechnic. 

Lawal was honored for his selfless services and philanthropic activities done by his foundation, The Taoreed Lawal Foundation. 

The summit, which was themed “Zero to Hero”, reflected the success journey of prominent people in different spheres of life and how they’ve been able to create a better and enabling environment for the people around them. 

While giving his address, the Honouree, Lawal thanked the Faculty for the recognition and said “the award demonstrates that sometimes the small individual efforts we put in to make our environment a better place is deeply appreciated”. He also promised not to rest and do more. 

Present at the event was Hon Dele Adeola, Member representing Iseyin/Itesiwaju Constituency at Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Kazeem Bolarinwa, SA to Oyo State Governor on Youth & Sports, Surv. Aro-Lambo Yusuf, among other dignitaries.
