Olanrewaju Olansile popularly called Advantage was Kenneth Mellanby Hall Chairman, the University of Ibadan in 2018. He is known for his excellence displayed in Leadership and Entrepreneurship, which bagged him awards from reputable organizations like JCI, FIBSU, FOSSU, and several recommendations from the school management.

He is the founder of one of the growing Logistics Company in Ibadan (LXA) and a consultant for many small business owners.

In his book titled; THE SECRET OF SIDE HUSTLE, he said to have practically explained five businesses people can start zero capital which will turn out to making steady income, which also include the practical guide to start a Logistics Brand.

In his interview with OYOMIND, he said “I believe not everyone will have the opportunity to get some luxury items, maybe cars, houses and others but God didn’t limit anyone to have the basics of life. Everyone deserves to make earning for sustainability of life – for food, clothing, and shelter.

“I have been surviving with small businesses since my undergraduate days and I want other young individuals ‘who are looking for what to do and how to do it’ to benefit from this project and start making earnings. Also, in his remark, he said to have incorporated where people can get start up funds and targeted business for the potential investor.”

He is a avid reader and listener. He has written a physics handbook after he concluded his National Diploma and has mastered the craft of growing and developing business which prompted him to write this handbook
