A former commissioner for finance and Oyo South Senatorial hopeful under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bimbo Adekanmbi has joined family, friends and associates of Oyo Ex First Lady, Her Excellency Chief Mrs Florence Ajimobi to mourn the death of her mother, Mrs. Victoria Amaka Amudoaghan who passed on, on Thursday, 9th of September, 2021.
In a condolence statement made available to OYOMIND in Ibadan on Tuesday, Adekanmbi described late Mrs. Victoria Amaka Amudoaghan as an exemplary and loving mother and great grandmother,. He also said Chief Mrs Florence Ajimobi’s family had lost a dearest one but heaven had gained a saint.
“My condolences go to our own Mummy, Her Excellency, Chief Mrs Florence Ajimobi and the entire Amudoaghan Family at the loss of their Matriarch.
“Late Mama Victoria Amaka Amudoaghan was a devout Catholic member who dedicated her life to the service of God and humanity.
“It is a transition to glory, as Mama had already lived a glorious and fulfilled life, blessed with successful children and grandchildren across different walks of life.
“As we continues to mourn , May the blessed soul of our beloved mother, Mrs. Victoria Amaka Amudoaghan find rest in the Lord’s bosom. “ Adekanmbi concludes.
