The Alliance of Yoruba Youths Council Worldwide (AYYCW) condole with the entire Oyo State indigenes round the world on the demise of the former Governor of Oyo State Otunba Christopher Alao Akala.
In recent past, there are too much to bear as great sons of Oyo State are called to glory.
Ex-Governor Christopher Alao Akala in his lifetime was astute, generous, full of life and a leader of people’s interest. He had at every opportunity contributed his own quota to the development of Oyo State and Yoruba race as a whole.
The AYYCW recognizes Ex-Governor Akala’s impacts and contributions to the advancement of Oyo State and indigenes. Indeed, this is a big loss and wide vacuum too hard to fill in Oyo State.
We pray that his soul find everlasting peace with the Almighty.
