BREAKING: Oyo State Gets First Female Commissioner Of Police

The Inspector General of Police, Adamu Muhammed has replaced Oyo Commisioner of Police, Mr Nwachuckwu Enwonwu,
with the first female officer to head the force in the state Mrs. Ngozi Onadeko after he ordered the redeployment
of Mr Nwachuckwu Enwonwu.

The new commissioner, Mrs. Ngozi Onadeko Vivian who was just promoted to the level of commissioner in the police service was deployed from delta state.

According to police sources, the order, was given yesterday by the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.

The posting, with those of other commissioners of police to various commands, is with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, the state police public relations officer, who Was recently promoted to the rank of Chief SuprintSuperintendentice CSP, Olugbenga Fadeyi, could not be reached as the time of filing this report.
