As part of his continuous support towards the academic pursuit of students in his constituency, member of the House of Representatives representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Prince Olaide Akinremi popularly known as Jagaban has since resumption of the new academic term commenced distribution of back to school packages to pupils in various primary schools within his constituency.

Following the realization that quite a number of pupils in public primary schools are yet to procure writing materials, and with no hope of getting support anytime soon, it became important for Hon. Olaide Akinremi to once again step in and contribute his quota in this regard, especially with notebooks which had become a kind of challenge for several pupils.

In a statement made available to OYOMIND, by the media Aide to the lawmaker, it was revealed that over 40 Primary Schools within Ibadan North Federal Constituency have been earmarked, and have been receiving delegations from the constituency office of Hon. Olaide Akinremi, with these schools altogether receiving thousands of notebooks to cater for the needs of their pupils. This distribution exercise continues as there are more requests for educational support from Hon. Olaide Akinremi every day.

It is important to note that few weeks ago, Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban organized a workshop for Science Teachers in 30 public secondary schools within Ibadan North Federal Constituency, and distributed modern science equipment to all the schools for teaching use in their various school laboratories.

More so, Hon. Prince Olaide Akinremi has over the years supported thousands of indigent students with internal WAEC & NECO examination fees; external GCE, NECO-GCE & JAMB forms, alongside scholarships to help in ensuring less-privileged children are able to attend school, and make meaningful life impacts on themselves, their families and immediate communities.
