Ibadan born chieftain of the All progressives Congress Ayodeji Ismail Karim has congratulated Oyo Algon and all lovers of democracy on the declaration of the supreme court as illegal the sacking of constitutionally elected LG chairmen and councillors in Oyo state.
Ayo Karim in a statement issued chided the Oyo state governor for disregarding a mandate freely given by the peace loving people of Oyo state, he described this as not pleasant for our nascent democracy.
In conclusion, he drums support for the total independent of local government as the third tier of government which will be devoid of interference from other levels of government.
