Amdalat Oloyede Foundation Donates 6,000 Exercise Books, Other Writing Materials to Schools in Ibadan

The Amdalat Oloyede Foundation has demonstrated its unwavering commitment to educational empowerment by donating over 6,000 exercise books and other essential writing materials to two secondary schools in Ibadan, Oyo State. The schools which benefited from this educational empowerment are, Wesley College of Science, Elekuro and CAC Primary School 1-3 Eleta, Ibadan, these stated schools received the items in a gesture aimed at supporting students’ academic development.

Speaking during the distribution exercise on Thursday, the Proprietor of the Foundation, Brigadier General Mutiu Abiola Oloyede in absentia but represented by Prince Oloyede-Asanike Abioye (Jnr), reaffirmed the Foundation’s dedication to promoting education and empowering future leaders. He emphasized that initiatives such as this align with the Foundation’s vision of creating opportunities for young minds to thrive academically.

He stated that “Our societies are in dire need of more individuals and organizations like the Amdalat Oloyede Foundation, who not only recognize the challenges faced by our communities but also take bold steps to alleviate them. By providing essential tools for education, we are bridging gaps and uplifting the most vulnerable,” a school official lauded the Foundation’s impactful contributions.

One of the beneficiaries, Akinade Sodiq, a student, expressed his heartfelt gratitude, stating: “I’m so happy that I was given this book. I need books, and my parents said they don’t have money now. Thank you, Amdalat Oloyede Foundation.”

The Amdalat Oloyede Foundation will continue to make significant strides in its mission to empower Nigerian youth through various educational and social initiatives, ensuring that no child is left behind in their pursuit of knowledge.
