Ibadan South East/North East House of Representatives hopeful, Ibrahim Iyiola, celebrated Eid with members of his constituency in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
The Sallah celebration, which took place at his ancestral home, Ile Anla, Isale Ijebu, is the seventh the grassroot politician will host.
Iyiola, a well known philanthropist, noted that he hosts the yearly Eid celebration to ensure that all and sundry can get a taste of the festive season.
He added that the level of turnout at this year’s celebration is an indication that the spirit of oneness which Islam preaches is fostered by it.
