An aspirant for Ibadan North II State Constituency, Honourable Ademola Alalade has expressed his undiluted support for the re-election bid of Prince Olaide Akinremi Jagaban, Honourable representing Ibadan North Federal Constituency at the National Assembly.
In a statement made available to OYOMIND, Alalade who donated a vehicle and souvenirs such as clothing items among others said his decision is born out of Hon. Akinremi‘s enormous impact on lives of members of his constituency since he emerged to represent them in 2019.
According to him, he wondered if Reps Member Akinremi is a governor due to the way he secures employment opportunities, and facilitates life-changing empowerment for all and sundry.
He said “I am pleased to announce to the good people of Ibadan North Local Government, my decision to support the re-election campaign of our current Federal Rep., Prince Olaide Akinremi Jagaban with a vehicle and other souvenirs which includes clothing items.
“This decision is born out of my appreciation of his enormous and far-reaching impacts on the lives of our people in Ibadan North since he secured our mandate in 2019. In developmental projects, employment and empowerment initiatives, Hon. Olaide Akinremi’s effort has been a source of pride to all and sundry.
“Often times I wonder if he is a Federal Representative or a Governor, as his passionate love and contributions to the lives of his constituents, as well as his commitment to the development of Ibadan North remains a great example for all of us.
“While I vied for the House of Assembly seat in Ibadan North State Constituency 2 but didn’t get the ticket, I remained in the party to support Prince Olaide Akinremi and all other candidates of the party.
“Finally, I am prepared for active campaign participation for our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and I wish Prince Olaide Akinremi and our other party candidates victory in 2023” he concluded.
